Any postings that are deemed libelous, malicious, or pornographic will be deleted immediately.

Jurisdiction for legal action: Whatever-Weather.com is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the United States of America.

Venue for disputes: If entered into a legal dispute, the venue where said dispute in the form of court proceedings or mediation should take place must be Raleigh, North Carolina, United States of America. Any lawsuit brought against Whatever-Weather.com must first go to mediation or arbitration.

Restrictions on the posting of obscene or illegal materials: No obscene or illegal materials will be allowed to be posted on the forums or blogs on Whatever-Weather.com. This includes but is not limited to pictures containing pornography of any time and links to pornography of any sort, offerings involving illegal drugs, guns, and indecencies involving minors, etc.

Limits on the age of posters: No child under the age of 15 should post on Whatever-Weather.com’s forums or blogs. While Whatever-Weather.com encourages students seeking information about meteorology to use the forums, we will not be held responsible for posting made by or toward those under the age of 18. Whatever-Weather.com reserves the right to delete posts deemed problematic.

Conditions and Restrictions on use: A visitor to Whatever-Weather.com can be blocked at the discretion of Whatever-Weather.com.

Registration and Privacy: Registration is required to use the forums and comment on blogs when comments are allowed by bloggers. Whatever-Weather.com will not sell its users information to a third party. The users privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Information given by the user is strictly used to help to serve the user and to continue to build a company that will become the one-stop shop for meteorologists, their employers, and other weather enthusiasts.

Email newsletters are opt-in and can be opted out of by the user at any time. The newsletters will include one, some, or all of the following: hot forum topics, recent blogs, new items in the store, sales, discount coupons, and notes from the Whatever-Weather.com management team.

You do not hold us responsible if you are fired from your current job based on anything that you do on our site or post in our chat rooms. You are responsible for your own actions.
2. You do not hold Whatever-Weather.com responsible for information provided about jobs by the employers that post them.

3. Employers who post jobs on Whatever-Weather.com are responsible for the content of their postings. Employers, please proofread your postings.
4. Job postings will automatically expire after 45 days. If the job has been filled and you would like the posting deleted before the expiration date, please let us know. If the job has not been filled when the posting expires, feel free to repost it.
5. Employers do not hold Whatever-Weather.com responsible for information that applicants provide about themselves.

Chat Room Rules

1. Always be civil and courteous. Keep in mind that your future employer(s) could be reading what you post. Online, you never know when you are making a first impression.
2. No vulgar language or name-calling. See rule number one. Anyone abusive toward others in the chat rooms will be put on probation for two weeks for the first offense and banned for the second offense. While debates and discussions are absolutely encouraged, there is no need to resort to childish behavior when you strongly disagree.
